This is the 1930 Census, stating the residency of Charley Patton and Bertha Lee. What is interesting is how the agency taking the information botches the job. Of course, Patton was indeed married to Bertha Lee. However, they list his birth date "about 1906" and it says that he was born in Arkansas.
I don't think this is the famous Charley Patton -- I've never heard of him having a daughter named Ernestine, and the census is from Drew County, Arkansas, not Mississippi, and I believe he was living in Lula at that time, hanging around with Son House.

He wasnt married to Bertha until after 1931 trip to Grafton...
He was married to Rosetta in 1930...
